Han Nguyen
Han Nguyen is a nationally recognized leader in small business policy and digital innovation. As Head of Public Affairs at the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), he led one of the largest public information efforts in the agency’s history driving awareness of federal relief programs that delivered over $50 billion to small businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. He built strategies that translated complex policy into accessible, actionable guidance, ensuring that entrepreneurs—especially those from underserved communities—could navigate recovery programs and stay in business.
At the SBA, Han prioritized digital transformation to modernize how the government communicates with and supports small business owners. He championed tools and strategies that made federal resources more discoverable, usable, and transparent. Today, he continues to advance that mission by helping small businesses adopt artificial intelligence and digital solutions to streamline operations, reach new customers, and remain competitive in our rapidly changing digital economy.
The son of Vietnamese refugees, Han grounds his work in equity, access, and the belief that small businesses are vital to the American economy—and the American Dream.
Han is Co-Founder and Partner of Pinnacle Collective Public Affairs, where he advises mission-driven organizations and values-based companies on strategy, communications, and government relations. He helps clients navigate complex systems, embrace innovation, and deliver measurable results.
